Established in 1993, Changzhou Xinshen Pile-Fabric Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of fabrics and textile products with registered fixed assets of over USD8,000,000. Our company covers and area of 85,000 square meters, including 30,000 square meters of construction area, with beautiful environment and convenient transportation access.
In addition, we possess 8 advanced flocking assembly lines imported and produced by state including 2 lines in 3m width. Our equipment includes washing machines, drying machines, finalizing design machines, pattern grinders, extrusion pattern and press pattern machines, drop plastic machines, transfer stamp machines, round net printing as well as other tail process of neatening equipment. Our annually yield can achieve over 10 million meters. In order to guarantee the quality of flocking products, we have bought 50 knitting machines for manufacturing the base cloth of advanced flocking products.
Every year we will open out more than 30 kinds of new products for flocking and drop plastic which are widely used as materials for clothing, decoration, furnishings, case bags, shoe leather, toys, and automobile seats. Especially the flocking sponge blanket we researched this year has filled the margin of one technique in mainland flocking field and is widely exported to Occident. We have obtained independent privilege of import & export. Our products are not only extremely popular in domestic textile market, but also exported to overseas market such as America, European countries, South America, the Middle East, Russia, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong and other countries and regions.

In order to suit the environment requirements for our products in the world, we have researched the static flocking fabric made in testa-element fiber and the production method together with professor of Donghua University-Yang Jisong. We applied the national patent to this invention, which was filed in "invention patent communique" in 2005. We founded "Donghua Keyuan Xinshen" static flocking scientific research centre in 2006.
Our factory passed the ISO9001 quality control system authentication, ISO14,001 environment management system authentication, and GB/T28001 occupational health and safety management system authentication in 2006. We think much of introducing intellectuals, up to now, professional technician approximately accounts for 15% of the total staff. Sun Xing, chairman of the board, graduated from China Textile University, simultaneously assumes the office of permanent member of China Home Textile Association and Electrostatic Committee.
